I&#039;m interested to know more about the rice + cottage cheese.  It sounds delicious (two of my favorite textures) but I can&#039;t seem to visualize or &quot;taste-alize&quot; what that&#039;s all about. 
 
My family in Keokuk will be excited to know that there&#039;s possibly a new (high quality) restaurant opening where they live. 
 
Looking forward to more coverage of SE Iowa food. </description>
